- Sheet Sizes: 8.5" x 11", 11" x17", 13" x 19", gang sheets up to 22" x 96"
- Material Requirement: Sublimation transfers require a substrate with at least 50% polyester. Higher polyester counts produce brighter images.
Important Upload Guidelines:
- Recommended DPI: 300
- File Format: PNG
- Maximum Size: 22"x96"
- Mirroring: DO NOT MIRROR IMAGES OUR SOFTWARE WILL MIRROR THE IMAGE.
- Quality Control: Images will be printed as uploaded. Please verify image quality and size before submission.
How to Apply Sublimation Transfers
- Temperature: 385- 400°F
- Pre-Press: Preheat your garment for 15 seconds.
- Press: Apply heat for 60 seconds.
- Cover: Use parchment paper during pressing.
Sublimation Process Guidelines:
- Sublimation works best on polyester or polyester-blend materials and light-colored fabrics.
- Depending on the material, you may need to adjust the temperature to prevent scorching.
Recommended Pressing Instructions:
- Temperature: 385-400°F
- Pre-Press: 7 seconds
- Pressing Time: 45-60 seconds
- Covering: Use parchment paper. For garments, insert parchment paper inside to prevent dye migration.
Important Notes:
- Color variations may occur due to differences in monitor calibrations and batch processing. While we strive for consistency, slight variances may happen between batches and compared to what you see on your screen.
- Ensure your heat press is calibrated correctly. Use a heat gun to verify accurate temperature and even pressure.
